Norm Neher spent 35 years in the field of education, first as a Spanish teacher and then as an administrator in charge of technology, world languages, and instructional media for the Midland Public Schools. He retired in June of 2010 and began work right away on his Mortgage Loan Originator license. Norm has been licensed and working for Great Lakes Mortgage Funding since September of 2010. He works out of the Midland, Bay City, Saginaw area with a home office in Sanford, Michigan. He is officially a loan originator in the Livonia office and works out of that office periodically.

Norm has a wife, Becky, and two married daughters, Alicia and Cristina. He is proud to be the grandfather of Benson. Becky and Norm are active in their church, working with the young singles and married group. Norm is also active in service for the Midland community, having served on a number of boards and committees.
